R2+EPA Recycling Events — Secure Community Drives with Turnkey Support
Recycling events are an effective way for companies and municipalities to process large quantities of e-waste, paper, bulbs, and hard drives with one secure partner.
Five Ways to Run an Event
Choose the service model that fits your site, your audience, and your volume.
Pick Up
Secure chain of custody. Combine multiple services to save time and money.
Large Bins
Pallet boxes placed at your dock or inside for e-waste, lamps, and paper.
Small Secure Bins
Use for batteries, cell phones, paper, hard drives, and toner cartridges.
Host Events
Be green with the large-scale events we can run with you — or for you.
Partnership
White-label certified and secure service for your customers and tenants.
Turn E-Waste into a Fundraiser
We offer a fundraising incentive for qualifying events: 10% of TV recycling fees can be donated back to your organization. Refunds are issued via check within 30 days or credited to your account. While not a guaranteed revenue source, some events offset costs based on the volume of TVs collected.
Multi-event contracts throughout the year qualify for discounted rates. Ask us about bundling several events into a calendar plan.
Cost of Events
Three fees to address: transport, on-site labor, and certain items. Pricing is flexible and can be paid by the host or the patron.
Paid by the Client
Items can be paid at a discounted per-pound rate by you (the host). This is the simplest option for corporate drives, municipal cleanups, and school fundraisers.
Per-Item Voucher Program
Items can be paid per-item by your patrons through a voucher program. Common voucher items include TVs, monitors, and appliances.
What to budget for: Transport, on-site labor, and certain items such as TVs, monitors, and appliances. We use past event data and your specific location to customize each event, ensuring smooth execution and community engagement.
